Yes! They can be provided within 72 hours upon request. It will be up to you to submit to your insurance provider.

This is a hands on technique, techniques are better done skin on skin without lotion or oils
What happens if I have to cancel?
If given 48 hours notice, no cancellation fees.
24-48 hours of cancellation will be a $50.00 charge.
Less than 24 hours full amount will be charged.
What happens if I am late?
We will make the best of the time together and you will have the remaining time of your appointment to get treated.
Do I need to fill out the paperwork prior to arriving at the appointment?
It will be super helpful for both of us for the medical history, intake and procedures to be filled out in advance so we have a clear picture of your requests and needs and it will save us time for more treatment.
